The note was for a hand-held projectile launcher, but I can only assume this was what it was going to end up being, had the original toyline continued into wave 3. BFS could even possibly make a second Jenny variant, and release a 'TV version', as her paint as it is now reflects her original comic version (as is the art on the packaging, but that may have been a restriction when they got the license to only do the comic incarnations).
