And you know what's great? It's technically from a scene in the movie. In Mask of the Phantasm there is a scene where Batman has to ditch his cape and cowl and use them as a decoy, hence why the toy is called "Decoy Batman." If you were the kind of kid who wanted to re-create scenes from the movie, this was an option for that. It was one of my favorite figures in the whole line.
