I've drawn for a while and while it helps a lot with imagining poses, it also leads to disappointment when the figure can't pull off exactly what you have in your head, but this Samus seems to be able to do more than what online pics show which is such a tease. And it's weird that they'd give her such nice knee and foot articulation but hips that sort of gimp all of it.
I love my AY Harley because she feels like she was made by someone who's got a foundation in drawing. I can't explain it but it's like the sculptor designed the figure for someone who'll use a lot of contrapposto and twists in poses. Other AYs seem to be like this too. If you have them standing there they don't look as good as other figures which seem to be more focused on having the character look good on its own as a base sculpt, but if you can visualize a sketch in your head it's like they're made to pull it off.
