>>7537205The wiring is holding up great so far and the pleather material is nice and thick. The coat was made by folding single-sided red pleather in on itself and stitching the lining, but the interior of the coat isn't entirely double-lined. You can see in this pic that towards the center of the interior the material ends before it meets itself so there's this weird little gap of single-sided material. But you wouldn't even notice if you weren't looking close.
What's really nice is the black cuffs on the original coat come off with minimal effort but are snug enough to stay in place with the custom coat, completing the look seamlessly.
The wired coat allows for way more posing options and a vastly improved center of gravity. It really does make the figure a million times better.
