If you look at the original toy, his crotch piece looks very much like Man-E's, the legs are similar below the kneepad, and the arms have some details like the "gear" shoulder very similar to Trap Jaw's left or Roboto. So that body with a new torso and head is a fine way to do Optikk, even if Optikk's knees and thighs don't look much like the TJ ones.
