Sealant is something else. I don't need an airbrush for sealant. It sprays from the can.
Set up wise for an airbrush depends. You can use a car tire air compressor with a tank for an airbrush. You just need to buy the hose, connector pieces, and a flow valve to control the air pressure going into the airbrush.
The drawbacks are loudness of the pump and portability. You'd have to set up a table in the garage for this.
If you want quiet and portability of airbrushing inside a home, then you might need $1000+ air compressor. Lots of windows for air circulation too.
