If you're looking for the best entry level stuff, my first choice would almost always be the V3 from magic yoyo because it's a great starter kit with a nice tool for swapping bearings, extra strings, an unresponsive bearing when you're ready for it, and a nice little bag. It feels great to play with as well with like no wobble and a comfy shape.
There's also the K1, which is a really nice entry level yoyo, it's extra cheap and feels ok
Other than those it's all really up to what you think feels comfortable, you might have to get more than one to find what you really like. I don't recommend Duncan's or anything like that.
