I'd probably lean together Extremis suit since he was wearing that when I actually started reading comics as an adult, and branched out from what I read as a kid. Up until I was in college, I was mainly a Spider-Man, Batman, and X-Men guy. Wasn't until I discovered comic scans in like 2007 or so that I started reading stuff like Avengers, Captain America and Iron Man, so the Pentagon armor and especially the Extremis suit hold a special place for me.
