>>7444621I took one apart trying to be reasonably careful, but not being too worried if I broke it. I found that not a single piece was glued into place and all the various armor bits are friction fit into place. With a bit of careful prying and leverage you can get every piece off. The only place I ran into trouble was with the big leg joint (I guess you could call it a knee). The key to getting it off properly is to pry the little colored cap right off the leg, then you can squeeze the little internal cap that is keeping the leg held together and get it to release without breaking anything. Also interesting to note that the only screw used in the entire DIO is for the neck hinge. No idea how much of this would apply to the actual 52toys Dio if you wanted to disassemble one, so take care. Here is an exploded view of a Dio and its parts.
