>>8181282Both, actually; there is some suspension to the wheels but I didn't use the Lego rubber bands it calls for as I don't trust them to last very long since most rubber bands go to shit after a while (not sure if Lego is the same)
Pic related, I tried to show how the suspension works but I modified the wheels so they didn't have as much of a range of motion that the build gives them (due to me not using the rubber bands)
