Although I find the "oh fairy, so magical" concept dull ( Pointed skirts, really? For a fairy? How enchanting!) and tacky, it's nice to see them dab a little in different facial screenings. For a Barbie, her look is rather unnusual, and that's a good thing. Too bad they had to make such a big fuzz about it, and probably won't translate to the shelves, where the dolls will probably still be looking like randomly generated characters in the Fashionistas nad BMR1959 lines, and the most unflattering possible ones in those Made to Move and activities sets.
