>>6417335yes, they are hard to keep on a lot. this is something they've improved over time, the M203 does not need glue to stay on for example. the fit of parts of the newer kits is quite good, for example the type 89 requires no glue compared to the type 64 to which is is similarly designed. the grip on my type 64 was so loose it could not stay on by itself, whereas both type 89s I have no similar issues.
for the M4A1, I would recommend finding a configuration you like and gluing it.
