The legs that come on this figure out of package are way out of scale with the rest of the body and he has some pretty massive hips as a result. Swapping the diaper and the legs for the Action Comics 1000 Batman required some modification to work well but it definitely evened out his proportions a bit. Only problems are that this figure has a small upper body, and his legs are still a little too large. He also scales better with ML than McFarlane now, though he's somewhere between the two. He's a little shorter than that DC Collectibles Bermejo Batman, for example.
