Yes I agree with you that a lot of Mezco figures are underwhelming, especially figures in full suit such as Spiderman and Deadpool. The face paint was rough at the beginning but they gotten better at it. Some characters makes for better Mezco design than other, and I'm waiting for the Dr. Doom which will probably be a fairly definitive Dr. Doom figure. Another props I want to give Mezco is that the face paint and head sculpt these days are pretty good, among the best for 1:12 scale compared to fuzzy print tech that Figuarts and Mafex tend to use.
