>>6377575I've been supplementing knights with cmf figures and I've got the Kingdoms Chess set and a few Lord of the Rings minifigs. You can fill out the ranks pretty well with cmfs. Elves is doing the fantasy stuff better than Fantasy Era castle did, so I'm glad to have the best of both worlds.

>>6377553This is one of the reasons I want to try straight-up old school playing again with my Lego. You end up having to think spontaneously to move the story ahead and not just copy what you saw in a movie or something for an action scene. I try to look to other unrelated things for inspiration also.
