The paper cape is honestly one of the best things about it, love the look and it makes me wonder about similar applications for other kits and projects. Its flat and holds its shape in the air while having the colors on it and not betraying the scale, and with careful curling/folding you could even get it into dynamic positions, its a hell of a lot better and simpler than trying to make shitty fabric capes look decent. Weird how a cutout from the manual looks less cheap than actually buying and cutting out fabric.
I suppose a more durable alternative would be a thin plastic sheet that would act the same way, but cutting out the manual is so stupid simple and cheap I wasn't expecting it to actually work so well.
