You can make one from the parts in this joint set.
(pic related) Just cut the sprue in the right place and pop the balls on it, and voila.
Not sure who makes them but you should be able to find them with a little searching the usual place.
Or get a cheap Figma and Frankenstein the parts you need.
Also. Stop being a hamhands because it takes a lot off effort to break that joint, unless you have tard strength.
