Much like how the actual OOO suits had a big circle on their backs to represent the button on the complementary action figure line's gimmick, the actual bike that is the Machine Hoodie has the hinge sculpted on it.
The split on the front wheel may be due to poor reconstruction as display prototype figuarts are known to be delivered in pieces, being reassembled at an event's location during pre-show set up. The gap will most likely be properly sealed when it's ready to be revealed for release and mass produced.
