I don't know if it's "mistransformed", but if you move the back part of his leg to the side you can get a proper knee joint movement going. It's really stuff and it's easy to get the other transformation joint to m9ve instead, but the knee is there. It's the worst part of the figure though, yeah. Also, his back pack won't lock into the tabs on his back and one gun wont lock in properly to its robot mode holster. Not the biggest deals, but annoying.
