Ended up painting mine as the left eye seemed to have a shrinking(or sliding to the bottom of eye) iris after some posing of the head and jaws. If I ever get brave enough, might try and pry off the top of the head to try and fix the glass eyes myself later on though; just scared of messing up the jaw membranes...
