They are made in the same factories as hasbro TFs and use the same plastics. I guess the difference are POM geared ratchets that you'll only find on older or premium TFs.

The previous Z series has issues with larger than limb swaps but not the current CW series.

Was messing with the Shinkalion CWs all evening. I haven't applied the stickers so not going too in-depth yet, here are some general thoughts
>Core Shinkalions are quite hollow, Hasbro TF kind of hollow, same Takara engineers i guess. Their entire forearms are hollow from below due to transformation.
>Their ratchet joints are really good and easily handle the 3-way combination, unlike how Shinkalion Z toys struggle with anything larger than a limbswap
>Combination is close to TF Combiner Wars height.
>Forklift is really lame without some kind of lifting mechanism.
