>>9171981Thanks for the welcome and advice anon. I definitely went a little overboard on buying but I'm hitting the brakes a bit now, I just really wanted to have a variety to play around with and take pictures. I'm going to try my hand at making dioramas as well.
>>9171985Maybe it was my fault because I ignored the warning signs, but every other head I swapped popped on with ease and this one wouldn't budge, and I forced it on. I got it on without the fig breaking, but once I turned the head it just ripped the ball off, making me think the hole was too small to fit the ball in the first place. I did contact them but no response yet, but I'm not expecting a replacement because I bought this fig in an unopened wave off eBay.
>>9171987Unfortunately I didn't know about using hot water or a hair dryer at the time, but I've heard YouTubers talk about it since it happened. I should have stopped when it was requiring too much force to put the head on, but I thought maybe this one just needed a little more push, and I'm not fully experienced with how durable these things are. Like I said in the above reply, I managed to get the head on without the joint breaking, but once I turned it the ball ripped off, like the hole was made too small or something. When I take a head off, should I turn it back and forth while pulling, or should I just pull it off straight? I'm worried about just yanking off another ball joint at this point.
