As well, out of the box, the feet are kind of wobbly. They slide up for the transformation, but once they're all the way up nothing keeps the slider in place and it will wobble back and forth.
I fixed this by dropping a blob of hot glue inside the leg (right leg in this shitty pic) so that the tip of the slider has something to rest on. You just have to be careful to put as little as possible, because the thighs have to slide down into the shins as well for the jet mode and if there's too much hot glue it'll block them from sliding down.
