I have the deagostini model of the invisible hand and the commerce guild destroyer, as well as a hard plastic wotc banking clan frigate since it's the only one they make at that scale. I quite like the deagostini models myself. They look great on the shelf next to my 3.75 stuff. The titanium is probably decent as well if not just as good. Deagostini typically wins most contests though as far as movie accuracy goes. They're sort of like the vintage collection of miniature ships.

I'd avoid wotc stuff unless it's a model that's not available in any other line. One such example happens to be the banking clan frigate, but that one luckily happens to be fairly high quality.
If you need bigger models. then 3d printing might be the only option. I think Revell only made a Venator and no CIS ships.
