They did a blog post about it, saying they were retooling the joints, and molds for weapons because the flashing on them was getting out of hand.
After that, figures have been fine, it was literally only one wave.
Out of all my figures from 2.0, only one was loose, the vampire legion builder, taking it apart, showed that there was a defect with the joint, and got a free replacement for it. Now its fine.
