Not even a thank you note. I get what I payed for and a generic receipt stating what I bought from them. Sometimes accessories are missing or the conditions of the box are not as described. I ordered a movie once, and they sent a note saying that they were sold out of the movie title I ordered so they sent as substitute movie. The last time I placed an order for a tv show I spent $80 and they sent me a shit picture quality bootleg. I once had an item shipped to me in babies diaper box.
