You should be able to get these for standard MSRP easly.
I knew there's also Mafex and SH Figuarts Reys, which will cost a lot more than the hasbro ones.
As for head swapping, TBS figures heads don't pop on and off as easy as Marvel figures do.
I don't know how easy head swapping the Jap figures would be with things like blank figma, queens blade, or Sozai-chan, or hon bodies. I think someone on here put a Rey head on a Fujiko body, so you might want to ask them.
Another option you might like is the Rey's Speeder, which looks to be an ok fig that comes with a pretty darn fun looking vehicle.
