I really have to wonder. Did they plan the mold to use green plastic for the grill and bumper, but then switch it out for grey plastic after they already prepared a paint mask or something? Unless this is just some weird colour matching flex I don't understand the point of this.
If I didn't already know it was the left bumper that's unpainted in this picture I wouldn't be able to guess.
