I decided the worst that could ever happen is I get banned from a site I've never even used so I just went through to see how much of checkout I could do without entering payment info and it let me hit pay later and that was that.
It sounds like the only deadline will be close to release, similar to AmiAmi. Thanks to the anon that mentioned Yasan, wish me luck so I can get my hands on an overpriced piece of plastic with pixels in it and not become another Nippon-Yasan horror story.
