You could fold the wings up to hide them, and the head could fold back on a hinge to open the hollow inside, where you could store other toys.
It's similar in shape to this guy, but way less complicated, less parts, more purple. Kind of boxier and more angular overall. No idea what year/toyline it could be, anywhere from 99 to 2005 probably.
