They'll be pulling at least one character from that wave with each new Classified wave, like Saw Viper is the latest to be named. Parts reuse makes it easy for them to just keep churning out figures at low cost for them. As long as retailers and fans are buying, I expect every vintage Joe will eventually get a classified figure.
