>>7925957That's a Gatinko Chip(GT Chip), It determines your bey's burst resistance and spin direction. That one, Sphinx, is a right-spin bey, so it spins clockwise. To attach it to a launcher, you need to place the prongs in the center of those little slits on the side, then twist the bey, depending on spin direction(twist counterclockwise for right-spin, and twist clockwise for left-spin). To make things easier, try inserting the winder(ripcord) into the launcher before you attach your bey.
