Completed the prototype.
Everything is filament and printed on an Ender 3 V2, 0.4 mm nozzle. Basic 30$ filament spool, nothing fancy.
Messed up the feet a little as they don't sit flat on the floor due to how they were modelled. Will be fixed.
The head is just a stand in I printed a while back to see how the hair comes out. The new one has better range of motion but no hair. I didn't do any clean-up on the head but aside from the overhang areas I'm pretty happy with the level of detail.
The black things you see on the joints are shrink tubbing to stiffen them up. Not an ideal method because shrink tubbing is not elastic and will break eventually due to rubbing plastic. Best solution is to use mini elastic hair ties, they also come in a variety of colors including transparent so they won't stand out.
The clean-up I did is minimal, you can even see the mucky areas due to the overhangs. Files are presupported but you also need to use auto generated tree supports for the best results.
Printed at 0.1 layer height. It's also a very light figure, barely 40 grams.
