The block behind the grill likely won't ever be an issue but be careful with the armature while transforming it. I've flipped him back and forth several dozen times now with no issue but you know how it goes. Age isn't always kind to diecast. I will also say, however, that the spring pins holding it together aren't super tight so it doesn't feel like you have to put any concerning amount of strain on them so I'm not too worried about it. I wouldn't blame anybody if they were though.
