>>9210400Nah, you're good. The wooden deck is just bare wood. So they're recommending this colour (pic), which is in the same ballpark as deck tan, and deck tan is meant to be the colour of/for wooden decks.
The more orangey stuff should be for the metal decks. Most likely what was called corticene in real life, so don't go too hard on the orange hues and it certainly isn't a tan (paint guides are not to be trusted at all for such things).
