Interesting... I would have thought Force or Killer Shrike were more obscure than Unicorn. Even the 80’s Ghost might be more obscure. At any rate; the top left is Unicorn, a Soviet super soldier that employs a laser helmet. He is a frequent hired gun for other major villains like Count Nefaria, Titanium Man, Mandarin and most recently Korvac.
I just like his various goofy costumes, pure Silver/Bronze Age wackiness.
