My first in-hand impression of Killy was that he was like a Marvel Legend, though granted, a Marvel Legend with far superior QC and production quality. I almost don't want to describe it that way because of the negative connotations it may imply, but hear me out.
Killy is made with a softer PVC that feels kinda like the material used for a Marvel Legend or Star Wars Black Series toy (as opposed to the rigid plastic that Figuarts are generally constructed with), but it doesn't feel cheap. Yes, the material does reflect light, but in-hand it looks fantastic thanks to tons of sculpted details and paint apps that highlight details in Killy's suit
