>>7531933How dare you talk shit about the best tribe pack they made?!
While I would have liked a cheaper way to get Crooler, the fact that these characters were generic enough that
>>7532328 can't tell them apart is what makes these sets superior to things like the star wars army builders. Instead of trying to play "hide the jedi" or ending up with 1/4 figures being wasted at the bottom of a bucket, I was able to buy a pile of these packs and build a lizardman tribe overnight.
Comparitively, I only bought one lion pack for the sake of getting some lioness characters that didn't have that mane headpiece. Plus, the bears and sabretooth tigers, while I love the hell out of the ice zombie thing, the fact that half of them are missing their right leg and replaced it in an identical way makes it stick out.
What they should have done is some kind of throne room set with a basic lion dude and four rare figures, like they did with that recent ninjago throne room showdown set.
In summary, I disagree. The crocodile pack was objectively the best for true army building.
I do agree that these packs should have been day one releases, and I would add that the legend beasts should have gotten a second wave with other animals. Even as parts packs plus rare figure, those things were amazing.
