Unless those $100 toys are using some experimental new plastic or have switched to carbon or not-zincshit metal, you're only kidding yourself and lying to others.
Maybe if they started using higher amounts of paint, i'd believe it, but nope, still mostly colored plastic.
It's actually sad that we could have fully painted figures before for very cheap, but getting this today would actually cost 2x-3x more.
