Both /a/ and /k/ already do that, which would match people up with people in or close to their tier level so people who do over spend don't get that sinking feeling that you sometimes get when you spend a fortune on an anon but only get a small thing in return, which is their own fault for going overboard.
I personally signed up for the maximum Tier level on /a/ which is $150+ and have already spent over $200 on my anon there (got my anon assigned yesterday there.
The point is to spread joy, its not a competition with how much you spend. Until or If Santa ever does add Price Tier levels, don't feel cheated if you spend $200+ and only get a $25 figure in return.
I personally love to go overboard and spoil my anon and know I most likely won't get the same in return with what I spend, but it don't bother me cause I'm spreading joy so to speak.
It's too late to add Tier levels this year, but it would be good looking into for next years form, possibly.
