His legs are a bit on the short side and his skirt is a bit on the giant side but I think Prowl is handsome enough.
A lot broader than his thin limbs might be prepared to deal with.
Posability is both good and bad. Prowls got a lot of joints, just a mess of hinges and ball joints. But he also has that big shield and skirt flaps that get in everything's way.
Shoulders are ball jointed, so they can move about on both axis. Transformation hinge on the bicep lets you swing the arms even more forward. Transformation hinge at the elbow allows for Sideways Elbow Action™
Ball joint below that acts as and elbow and a wrist swivel, and a bicep swivel if you get creative.
Thighs are ball jointed but good luck moving them far. Ball knees and double ball ankles.
Neck twists, waist does not..
Big skirts are on balls and hinges but the sockets are clear plastic so I don't want to mess with the too much.
