Would a big diorama for the display not make a lot of sense? A Namek related Zero figure would feel pretty random on top of that.

They've done these dios for displays for forever. From wastelands, to Frieza's ships, Kami's ship, Cell games arena, to random rocky formations. I think the intention of that post is nothing more than than a clear hint of "Namek SHF coming up!"
