Combining Hook and Longhaul should be the first step of the combiner though, do not attach the arms or head until you get this part done. Getting things line up between the two is not easy and I couldn't really tell if it was because of QC, not having things line up very specifically, or both. The window section connecting first is the best advice I can give.
