>>8950966>To the point where they cancelled pre-orders and still have people trying to get their money backTo say they "canceled" pre-orders is pretty generous. They simply stopped fulfilling them. And not just pre-orders, but items they supposedly had in stock too. They kept your money, but didn't sent you anything. If you logged into their website and checked your orders, they'd still be listed as "unfulfilled."
After several months, they put out a mass email saying they switched to a new company to help them ship out orders and that they'd eventually get around to sending everything to customers. They never did. Instead, just more silence. Soon, they stopped answering their phones, so the only way to contact them was via email, but even though their website said they respond to all emails within a few days, it could often take weeks, if you were lucky enough to even get a response at all. When (or if) they eventually replied, they'd admit they had no intention of fulfilling back orders, and offer a refund. But in many (if not all) cases, the refund would never come unless you spent literally months hounding them over and over about it. And the worst part is, you'd never have known any of this unless you went out of your way to contact them about your missing order! If you didn't do anything, they weren't going to tell you or refund the money! They were just going to keep your money and never send you anything unless you raised a fuss! Merely canceling orders would have been heaven compared to all this!
>>8952143>pdna is managed by a different guy and is independent from megaThey may claim that, but if you're on their mailing list, check the bottom of any emails they send you. It lists their address as the same as Megalopolis's old brick and mortar store (they've since abandoned the store, and last I saw it was up for lease, so neither Megalopolis nor PremiumDNA should still be using it).
