Moving an ear would be difficult, especially since the actual sculpting of the inner ears seems to be quite asymmetric. I would consider adding to the bottom and tops of the respective ears to adjust the allignment, and maybe balance the scultping with a dremel.
Keep im mind that additive modifications require colour matching, and that can be difficult without an airbrush. You can try using a makeup sponge and your paint of choice, lotsa thin layers. Don't be heavy handed or it'll be obvious.
