>>9881812This figure is 5POA (hell 4 really the head barely moves) and it was my favourite toy as a kid. Basically everything Kenner did in the 90s was 5POA but that never limited play because all a figure needs is to lift their arms, kick their legs, hold their accessories and occasionally fit in vehicles. If you can't find the joy in a figure because it doesn't have "23 points of articulation!" that's not the figure's fault.
But I don't think you have a problem with 5POA, I think you have a problem with shitty quality figures that companies have been dumping out in recent years as nostalgia bait. The first wave of Super7 ReAction Alien figures that were produced using the old Kenner moulds were fantastic, they looked and felt like figures made in that era. But the figures produced later for Terminator, Pulp Fiction, Back to the Future, they suck because they're poorly made.
