There are things they absolutely cannot do because they have 90º knees and elbows, they have bulky torsos and shoulders, and also a simple neck joint and some of the figures have long hair. If you accept those absolute limits you'll find they do generally well at hitting simple stable action poses and smacking fools in the head.
Zombie Girl won't be able to touch her face because she doesn't have the elbows for that. She wont be able to crawl because her neck will not let her look up. On the other hand, she will be able to sit on a chair (a feat that many action figures have trouble with!) and hit a variety of “normal” action poses.
