So-do, pictured here, is probably the best all-around Build line, and will continue to be. But it's popular, so getting ahold of it could be difficult (also, it has stickers). It has by far the most options and characters though.
Then there's also the Remix Riders, which are a line of super deformed figures. Minimal articulation, but very cheap for their quality, and can do the gimmick very well.
