you can replace the ankles with a ball joint from either hobby base or if you can find one to match the brown color i'd bet revoltech joints would work as well, others posted some links where people are mass selling them.
The knee is a special joint and can't be replaced. but if you look here all you have to do probably is use some floor polish or another method to increase the friction on the hinge joints of the knee.
after that i'm sure you can have her stand no problem .... other than the short heel. but i imagine that goes for the original too.
probably wouldn't hurt to matte seal her parts to keep the paint transfer down.
of course i've done none of this and still like her just fine and can even some times get her to stand if i work her right.
