Every once in a while we have a real stinker (IG-11, Ponda Baba, ect), but most of the time these boil down to really lazy reuse. More often than not, we are getting great stuff. The main issue is the availability and slow price creep that is effecting the entire line. I would say check out Arc Trooper Echo, Cad Bane and several different Stormtroopers (Incinerator and Artillery) if you want to see some "import level quality" from the Black Series
